What should I do if my departure service doesn’t show at the set time?

 
Please allow up to 15 minutes for the driver to show up. In case the driver doesn’t come even after the 15 minutes please give us a call immediately so we can check what the problem could be. Please note that we don’t accept any liability for costs that you have incurred if you have not made us aware of the situation.

What to do if I have a complaint?

 
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with our services, please feel free to contact us. We try to make your experience with us excellent but if you have experienced problems and you are not happy, please give us a call or write us an email. We intend to answer all complaints sent by email within 48 hours. If your complaint is time sensitive you will have to give us a call so our team can help you straight away.

Will the driver speak English?

 
Yes, all our drivers speak English.

What vehicles do you use to do the transfers?

 
All our vehicles range from ordinary taxis to big buses depending on the transfer you require. All our motors are modern and are serviced regularly. Every vehicle is air conditioned for the comfort of our passengers.

My family and I want to go on several excursions in Bulgaria. Do you offer this service?

 
Yes, we do. If you don’t want to rent a car and try to find the places of interest on your own, we offer you the option to book a vehicle with a driver who will make sure you get to the places you want to visit in comfort. Our drivers are highly skilled and professional and will take good care of you.

Are you insured?

 
All of our vehicles and seats are insured so you can travel comfortably. However, we always advise our customers to have travel and medical insurance when travelling to Bulgaria. 

Can you provide transportation for disabled people?

 
Yes, we provide transportation for people who are disabled but you will need to let us know prior to your arrival so we can arrange the most suitable vehicle. 

Is there a tipping system in Bulgaria and am I expected to leave a tip for the driver?

 
Unlike the USA, there is no tipping system in Bulgaria. Usually if you are happy with the service provided it is completely up to you to tip the driver. There is no set percentage that you should keep in mind but usually 10-15 percent of the price of the service is considered as appropriate. 

How many airports are there in Bulgaria and which ones do you work with?

 
There are 4 international airports in Bulgaria. We are currently working with 3 of them – Sofia, Varna and Burgas Sarafovo. 

I may have a lot of luggage and a pet. Is that ok?

 
If you are travelling with excess baggage and a pet, please let us know at the time of your booking so we can arrange the most appropriate vehicle for you.

What will happen if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

 
During your booking, you will be asked to provide us with your flight number. We monitor your flight on the day of arrival and if we see it is delayed, then our driver will be informed and he/she will come and pick you up at the new arrival time. This will not cost you any extra. If your flight is cancelled, you will need to phone us immediately so we can rearrange the booking. There will be no extra charge.

Do I have to pay extra for infants and children?

 
If you have booked a taxi transfer you have to note that our taxis can fit 4 people or 3 people and an infant or two people and two infants. If you want to use any of our shuttle services then infants and children under the age of 3 don’t pay.

What is included in the price?

 
Our prices include a single or a return journey to and from your chosen hotel or destination and a driver. If you have booked one of our regular taxis then you must note that it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Child booster seats are free but make sure you tell us in advance if you need any.
